Dynamite’s vision is to improve lives and the resulting formulas, manufacturing facilities, sourced ingredients and team of people working together, have all come together with serendipity to support that vision.
Like so many of the people Dynamite has attracted over the years, Jim has been a life-long learner and never met a topic that he didn’t want to openly understand better. His college years focused on biology and business, his years in the Air National Guard taught discipline and eventually lead to a private pilot license that he still uses, his karate training built patience and focus, his time at the feet of various mentors taught him about soil chemistry, microbiology, nutrition and mycology and his time spent listening to various strangers over the years filled in a thousand gaps between (bee-keeping, sprinkler repair, hyperbaric chamber therapy, and so much more). There are not very many topics that Jim doesn’t have some knowledge about.
The best part about Jim? He’s approachable.
When people meet him they will allow themselves to feel intimidated only until he flashes his bright blue eyes and welcomes them into a conversation. At prior Dynamite’s conferences he has often been found in the back of the room, answering questions, listening to someone’s ideas and learning from the people around him. While most of us feel like we are there to learn from him, he would tell you that he is the one learning from you.
We are excited to share our Home Office gem with you in March and allow you a little time to be inspired by a wonderful man and our visionary!
